Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BXL Steak House and its customers for the sale of food and food services.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (including taxes). BXL Steak House reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that only the price at the time of the order will apply.

Article 4 - Orders

Any order placed on this site is valid for acceptance of these GTCs. Online orders are confirmed by email. BXL Steak House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment or dispute.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, cash or any other means accepted by the institution. Online payments are secured via the BipOrder platform and its certified payment providers.

Article 6 - Allergens

The list of allergens is available upon request from staff at BXL Steak House. It is the customer's responsibility to report any food allergy or intolerance before placing an order.

Article 7 - Reservations

Reservations can be made online via BipOrder, by phone or on site. In case of cancellation, please notify at least 2 hours in advance.

Article 9 - Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
